Yep my periods etc seem to have levelled out now after coming off the depo in 2023 last month was convinced I was pregnant and bam af came on predicted day which actually felt worse than when she used to arrive when she felt like it lol. It's definitely a rollercoaster. I'm half way through my TWW wait so shall see what happens this month
@Kay my periods have been 27 to 29 days exactly since March. I haven't been on any contraception at all and my daughter is 3 🙈. This month I'm now 7 days overdue. I just don't understand haha as I feel god awful
