It’s very weird isn’t it. I’ve been through lots of phases. Went off chicken for a couple weeks now I’m just eating lots of bread but don’t feel full so trying to force myself to eat the chicken! I made some pumpkin soup yesterday with ginger and that was really good! Also having ginger tea and ginger ale (non-alcoholic!) helps me with the nausea. But yeah I’ve been eating a lot of bread and pizza 🙈 I’ve found snacking on fruit and nuts can help too.
I’ve had weird phases, went off meat one week, then only wanted coco pops and rice crispies, now craving McDonald’s and full fat Coke🙈🙈🙈
