CBD to heal years of Cannabis use?

Has anyone used CBD to heal their brain after years of cannabis use? I’ve been using since I was 18, now 25. Before I started smoking I was struggling with memory issues due to ptsd from my childhood. But after I started smoking I noticed I just forgot certain memories and don’t even think about it until someone brings up a memory we shared and I have no recollection of it at all.. I’m considering seeing a neurologist for my memory issues. But I’m going to try different things first to see if it’ll help. Such as lions mane and swapping my cannabis for cbd.

I mean I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to try upping cbd intake! Every single body processes / metabolizes every aspect of cannabis differently. So it’s tough to say when it’s all still pretty under researched, I’ve had lots of friends (& my self) have success with micro dosing shrooms to help with memory issues & general like assistance towards rewiring your brain faster in regards to things like depression & ocd

Do you micro or have knowledge about it while breastfeeding? @Parker 又

@Dianna so I did, & of course I tried to do research on it myself first, these links sums up what you get from looking at all the research; https://parentdata.org/safe-breastfeed-mushrooms/ Really it comes down to looking at historical evidence & personal anecdotes. Every single body reacts to every single substance on earth differently so it’s always really based on personal risk assessment. I micro micro dosed (did just one .25g capsule a day,) & only did it for a total of 7 days, but there was a 2 day break between the first 4 days and the last 3 for me, I saw zero side effects in my son at all. My own disordered eating issues (they stem from ocd) cleared up a fuck ton after that week tho. And when I was actively taking the capsules my mom brain vanished it was great

@Dianna https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK582810/ That’s the other article that sums up how we have no scientific evidence on it at all, like less than we do for cannabis. Lol
