Miss period

I’m 7 months pp and my last period was 8 days late. My period for this month didn’t even come! I’m hot/sweating all the time, brain fog, pretty sure I’m heading for perimenopause. I contacted my doctor because I’ve always had a period, they are going to do bloods to see if they can find out what’s happening. I’ve also done three tests and all negative, also no pregnancy symptoms.

@Narissa so I’m always on time and I was on a birth control aswell but that gave 2 periods a month and came off it, the only thing is my boobs 🫣🤣 but other than that I have no symptoms. I’ll have to call my doctor up tomorrow

Yeah it’s so weird isn’t it! I’ve completely missed my period for this month. I’ve got no pregnancy symptoms so I have no idea what’s going on, got my bloods to be taken tomorrow. I’ve always had a period, not never had one. So odd x

Since having my 6 month old, my periods have been a bit late each month, max being over a week too. I think it’s normal up to a year post partum due to your hormones regulating themselves but best to contact the doctor if you’re concerned. My periods never used to be late before so I’ve just come to accept it’s the new norm for the next few months

My period came 22 days late been to the gp but was not helping at all. The doctor just referred for a scan. My son is 6 months and my period never been late more then 5 days, I done 2 pregnancy test and came negative.
