Honestly I think it’s been a fear of mine all my life and one of the reasons I waited until 38!! Everyone says you hardly remember it. I won’t sugar coat it, it’s the hardest thing you’ll ever do but looking back it is a blurry memory. X

it was the same for me, I had to be induced and was so scared for the process I literally cried on my way to the hospital lmao. pushed her out in 4 pushes no tears and when I tell you the moment they put her on my stomach the world stopped, I swear it did. you got this girl, it’s so worth it

it’s normal to feel scared!! just remember that your body is made to birth ❤️ if every other mother can do it so can you and you’ll do great

I feel the same way!!! 🙃

Baby needs to come out sometime just got to hope for the best care and fewest complications but so worth it when they're here 🥰

I recommend watching a hypnobirthing video, I only watched an hour and it made me so calm going into it and I just focused on the breathing, in for 4 out for 7 and honestly it was the most empowering moment of my life, I would do the birth over the pregnancy 100x again, just believe that your body has grown your baby and birthing it is exactly what it is meant to do!!

I was terrified of birth and knew I didn't want to experience that pain and was going to get an epidural, and looking back, I was scared for nothing, and it was the most amazing thing I've ever done

I’m the same way! I’m so scared of what happens, when it happens and how do I know it’s happening (water breaking). Lately I’ve been thinking of how women give birth every day, several times a day, throughout the entire world. We got this!
