Antenatal classes
Are there any antenatal classes, even private ones in the western trust area? Fermanagh/ Omagh. I'm 31 weeks and haven't been offered any classes yet, no one has spoken to me about birth options and feeling very ill prepared and in the dark.
It's looking like this baby is coming early so I have approximately 5 -9 weeks until baby is here..

Hiya, I'm western trust aswell but strabane area. Are you in a surestart area? If you are register with them as they are starting to run antenatal classes this month.

I 100% recommend the positive birth company hypnobirthing course online. It really helped me to feel prepared for both my births and what to expect, as well as giving me some strategies to help me through labour x
