Your not alone I had something similar after I had my daughter.. I had a mild prolapse my doctor referred me to see a gynaecologist, I brought a pelvic floor machine I used a few times and haven’t had a problem since :)
I had got depressed from healing from prolapse. It felt like I couldn't make any progress. It was hurting it felt like so much pressure down below I hate doing anything that wasn't laying down and even then I hated that too. I'm sorry your going through this but I want yu to know there is a light in that darkness. It gets better darling it really does 😊 if yu ever need someone to talk to I'm here
@Jasmine how long did it take you to heal? I'm 4 months pp but feel I'm making no progress
@Jasmine yes feeling super down today :( but going to my gp later so hopefully I’ll get some answers or advice 🤞🏼 thank u for the lovely words
@Kristal which pelvic floor machine did you get? Been looking into them as I never know if I’m doing the correct squeezes
@Lauren honestly it took until I worked with my therapist for a while I wanna say I really started feeling better at 5 or 6 months feeling mostly fully better
@Jasmine my therapist hasn't been great i just get told to do kegals but I'm still struggling to do them correctly. I'm seeing a different one towards the end of the month so hoping they help
Around 3 wpp i had a bulge that i could see/touch coming out....it would feel like it receeded back up when i wasnt up and moving much and then when i walked around too much or lifted slightly heavy things it would feel as if something was trying to fall out of me again. I start resting/laying down more, drinking more water... went to see my OB around 4 wpp bc i told her i suspected prolapse...she had me come in to check it out. Since i had been resting more, it was not buldging that day; she told me she did not want to diagnose it as prolapse just yet and to wait and see how my body continued to heal. I havent had a bulge since that week that i began laying down more and stop lifting anything that weighed more than the baby - i am 10 wpp now I also paid $17 to get access to this pelvic floor program....the breathing technique she teaches paired with kegals was different from anything i had heard before https://go.buffmuff.com Lastly i bought a collagen powder that has types 1&3 that assist in elasticity
@Lauren maybe I can send yu some of the excersises and tips that I was doing that helped me
@Jasmine that would be great thank you
I had a grade 2 prolapse after the birth of my daughter and within 12 months it was gone. I can recommend a free support group called the Pelvic Power Movement Community on FB. Many women do heal so please don’t listen to the horror stories x
It goes away but it's a bitch and a half to deal with healing for me took forever and I didn't start feeling a difference until I went to a pelvic floor therapist. I was a FTM too so I was very down on myself about it take your time and seriously take it easy
