I think that it’s a simple concept, but can be hard to implement unless you are dedicated. Like quitting smoking, it takes a lot of self control, but will eventually get a lot easier. It’s not about dieting, but about lifestyles. If you eat very low carbs (no more than 30g of carbs for a meal, and 15g for a snack, totally about 135g of carbs a day—- this includes sugars) and high protein and carbs… and build muscle… you will loose fat. Keep in mind a venti Starbucks drink can be over 80 g of carbs. Most of what I eat is chicken or pork with quinoa and kimchi… and other similar meals.
