Outfit help!

After searching high and low I'm fed up 🤣 Does anyone know where I could find the below buckle? I bought the outfit on Vinted not realising one of the buckles have broken (pic1), the buckle should be how pic2 looks (should be able to connect to the 2nd part but due to it being broken it unclips) Please could someone point me in the right direction of where I can get it from? I've been to a shop today and the woman advised if I have the small metal piece that's broken she can fix it, if not ill need to get a new buckle. I've searched high and low and I can't find anything! 😫😫 pics in comments
