I had a pregnancy massage, and it was feet, legs, back, shoulder neck and arms while lying on my side and finished with a facial, while on my back with towels rolled under my knees. It was amazing! Even baby loved it, rolled around a lot. Being 4 months pp would love a deep massage on my middle & upper back and shoulders and a facial.
Massage for me!
I think it's important to focus on new mums mental health too, being a ex therapist myself I would focus on pregnancy and postpartum massage, indian head massage for postpartum hair loss, pedicures , reflexology. If your planning to go mobile id keep it simple as i used to do this and its hard taking everything with you. Possibly specialise in treatments. Offer packages. Gift vouchers
Reading the comments I'm the exception not the rule but I cannot wait to get my skin boosters and botox once declared safe to do so 🙈🤣 that's my push present from me to me, my husband's is simply making 0 comment except telling me how good I look 🥰
Facial / massage / lashes ❤️
A massage would definitely be a good option. Many places don’t offer pregnancy massage services and since I am beauty therapist myself massage therapy would be great for a new mother
