Ovulation
Can you ovulate the day of your peak? I am having cramps today on the 14th day of my cycle and I got my peak reading today.

It’s anything from 12-48hrs after your peak so yes! I believe I did this month as had a peak in the AM then did a night shift that night and felt like I was ovulating around 14hrs later (I get ovulation symptoms like I get really hot and feel a bit sick and crampy) x
