Miscarriage?
I’m 4 weeks pregnant and I’m leaking watery fluid, could this be a sign of a miscarriage? I had one before I had my son in 2022 but I bleed. I’m getting a lot of stomach cramps as well. My anxiety is at an all time high so could this be causing a possible miscarriage?
