I don’t know what causes it but I have used sudocream and it makes them go away
My little girl comes up in marks and rashes like this and literally it’s gone within a few minutes sometimes. Especially if she has been contact napping on me or is feeling too warm
My little boy gets little blotches like this . He always has done. It’s definitely hheat related in our case I’m extremely sensitive and he’s just like me xx
