In the last trimester I craved nothing but McDonald’s chips 🍟 utter trash food. I myself was still walking 10k steps a day and doing my usual activities like going to work etc to stay active but I was eating utter garbage. Had a very healthy scrawny 7lb 7oz baby who has only been sick once in 2.5 years almost. You’d never think I grew her on McDs xx
Oh and drumstick squashy sweets! A pack every 2 days almost! And tea and coffee. And chocolate xx
You’ve made it this far I honestly wouldn’t worry yourself too much. I’m really bad at eating actual meals(wouldn’t think it looking at the very size of me 🤣), I’m more of a random snacker through out the day but more savoury snacks and my baby is absolutely fine! X
My baby was built on chocolate and sweets. She is a healthy 21 week old now

Nooooo you'll be fine! Make sure you're getting enough calories and vitamins and such - which it sounds like you are, if you're eating meals - and the rest will not hurt the baby.

My baby was built on Pringles and Diet Coke partly because I was so so sick in the beginning! You’re allowed to have chocolate and sweets! Baby will be a okay ❤️
I think as long as you're healthy for most other meals, getting enough proteins, some fruits and veggies (as well as carbs, fibre etc), you can have treats for sure! I have been having quite a lot of snickers and sometimes sweets. But also I am active so I don't feel as bad. All about balance. 😊
My diet has been crumpets and crunchy nut cornflakes for most of my pregnancy 😅
I say if I’m craving it then my body needs it haha. Mines all been salty foods so far. The midwife told me as long as I’m taking my vitamins and drinking water then eat what you can and want.
