He may just be constipated, my little girl went 5 days without pooing and on the 6 day she did, if you’re worried speak with the midwife or health visitor
My baby has always only pooped every 4-5 days since birth, I wouldn’t worry at all yet. It’s only a concern if it reaches a week x
Are you breastfeeding? If so yes perfectly normal and could be days before you see another poop 🤣 x

Ah sorry I can't help but I would have thought it should be fine for a couple days but maybe message parentline for advice on when to take to the doctor x
