@Tyler I’ve seen quite a few tiktoks on the foot massage I did try but not sure if I did it right, do you just do circular motions all over the feet or only towards the middle/bottom?
I Gave My Son Prune Juice.
I took my baby to the chiropractor to be adjusted and that helped
@Lauren I did it on the balls of his feet, so just below toes/at top of arch
You can try giving baby warm water on a teaspoon. This helped my daughter to go a few days ago Doctor recommended doing this and also doing bicycle with her legs
If he is being breast fed the pediatrician told me not to worry until after 5 days because baby’s body is just absorbing the milk
Chamomile tea water my son was also constipated really bad, but that did the job!
Advice we got was to buy some pre made formula in the little bottles and give baby 1 or 2 of those a day as they have a natural laxative in them. Safe to say my little girl has pooped non stop after doing this!
@Megan he has pre mades at least once a day so a bit strange he hasn’t gone!

That’s why, talk with your GP and see if you need to change the brand, some formulas make you babie get constipated
@Daniela its weird because usually he goes everyday then will have a short period where he dont go for a few days but today will be the 5th day its usually around about the 4th day he will go

My LO had the same issue, I was told by the doctor this its normal when on formula for babies, I took her doctors and they prescribed me something to help her go. They said if they haven’t got within 7 days it’s fine anything after that is a concern, but if it’s been 4 days already I would just ring your GP
@Lauren a few days. I try and keep making sure she has at least one ready made a day to keep her regular. Seems to be working well at the moment!
Get a premade bottle of the formula as they're easier to digest
Not sure whether it was coincidence that when I tried this as a last resort, but when my baby was constipated from switching to formula the only thing I found to help was massaging the balls of his feet in circular motions for a few minutes on each foot - apparently there’s a reflex there that helps them go to the toilet?! I’ve done it multiple times now and baby has pooped between 10 minutes to a few hours after. I tried all of the other things you mentioned and none of them worked!
