Advice

My son has a really hard time sitting and doing activities/ playing/ coloring. All he wants to do is destroy stuff. As soon as i put the crayons or markers out they are in his mouth or he’s slamming them on the table, throwing them at the wall. I take out a water doodle mat and he dumps the water out of the cups and leaves it. He throws toys everywhere instead of playing with them. I don’t know how to entertain the energy. I run around with him take him outside for walks, chase him play hide and seek, and he still has insane energy. He hates car seats and strollers. I’m not sure what to do anymore. Anyone have advice?

Sounds like my boy. I think this is very normal for this age.

It sounds like he is sensory seeking tbh

Is he teething as well?

My daughter is the same.

@Becky we have all kinds of sensory toys but he will either dump them out and walk away or throw them around. Even when I’m sitting with him and showing him how to do it

@Becky he just got done teething
