How long have you been trying? It will typically take a healthy couple of one year on average with timed intercourse to conceive. I know everyone has a different ovulation time but have you noticed when u maybe most fertile at a certain time of the year, for me I’m most fertile between March and April where as the other months, ovulation or not I’m unlikely to conceive

It’s has to do with less stress hormones in your system and just enjoying the intimacy as just plain intimacy without having an objective in the forefront of your minds that helps. You can totally book an appointment to get checked out and have reason to suspect, or you can also have it happen like me and find out you’re pregnant the day before your fertility appointment

I say this if your cycles aren’t as regular the pill will help regulate your cycles and then you can track your periods and ovulation better then simply stop taking the pills and start back trying, this method worked for us with my 1st and I just had my 3rd baby girl July 2024, also start taking prenatals now and just have fun with your Beau don’t worry nor stress because that can be counterproductive.
