TW: conception after miscarriage

I just found out I’m pregnant. My period is still not due for 4 days so I tested early. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage after 6-7 weeks. I want to do everything I possibly can to make sure this pregnancy lasts… any tips or tricks that worked for you? I’m so nervous to lose this pregnancy since I never really knew what caused the last loss. Thanks so much!
