@Terri lynn To be honest, little dizzy. I had to cut my workout short because I felt like I was going to pass out… I am definitely hydrated. I do take medication for hypothyroidism, but that is nothing new.
I would suggest nothing strenuous. Get yourself a BP wrist cuff from Walmart for $20-50 and take your BP in the morning and at night. Hopefully it’ll level out and the dizziness will go away.

Nurse here. So how ARE you feeling? Any dizziness or lightheadedness when moving from lying to sitting or standing? Best course of action is to change positions slowly and DRINK WATER or other fluids. The more fluids in your system, the more will make your way into your blood stream and increase your BP. Do you take any medications that have a risk of lowering your BP?
