Decor person recommendations

Can anyone recommend a great affordable decoration person (sorry don’t know the exact term) but I really want professional decoration done up for my sons first birthday such as a safari park theme background etc, if anyone can recommend that will be great! Thank you x

My friend does decoration… i can give you her number if you still looking. I would suggest you to do it with family or friends. Fun and easy now days order everything from amazon a balloon arach , colourful balloons according to your choice… ect or check in shein really good one … trust me we did it for my daughter wasn’t hard at all ..
