i had food aversion until about 13 weeks. I just ate whatever i could. Unfortunately the only thing i could keep down was mcdonald’s mcgriddle lmao. So that’s what i ate!! I ended up losing 15lbs the first few weeks but baby was healthy. stock up on what you can tolerate and keep eating it! Contact your OB to see what they recommend too.
From a mum who had HG twice, eat whatever you can get down, sometimes I ate a sacrificial meal, before my food I ate a yoghurt or a smoothie so I could throw it up and get something else down after. That worked a little bit, but try to not panic too much - I was literally living off crackers and apples and even throwing those up. As long as you're still able to pass fluids - have a wee - you should be okay at home xx
