Potty

My toddler will pee on the potty every time she needs to but when it comes to pooping she won’t she holds it. What can I do to help her I’ve tried giving her big prizes when she does but she still holds it

👋☺ Hi @Jori Honestly it can take some toddlers more time getting used to pooping in a seated position (...and lots of practice) before they eventually become comfortable pooping on a potty or toilet rather than pooping in their familiar standing or squatting posture. Is she having any constipation? That can definitely make things worse. My LO was doing that too but now she got a little constipated. After regular doses of Miralax, she is back to her regular self, lol.

@Sabrina that’s what I was thinking on why she wouldn’t cuz she says it hurts and she’s scared
