@Jasmine thsts good :) I know soon ima have to have the test done where they swab you from front and back
I never had one with my son, but I had one at 28 or 30 weeks this time due to high heart rate (all ended up being fine). It's really easy! They just strap the monitor to you and you sit there. My doctor had comfy arm chairs for NST 😂
