Career Advice!

Just looking for some career advice! I’ve been a top producer for a consulting and staffing firm for over 7 years. I am mainly responsible for client management, build net new relationships and running the sales cycle and growing revenue. A lot of my job is client facing and tons of cold calls…I’ve been told by my male leader his plan is to move me into management, however since becoming a mother my mindset has changed and my production has taken a huge hit along. Since having my baby (now 1 years old) conversation about a promotion have decreased and I feel as if I’m not valued as much as much as I was prior to having my baby. I’m constantly battling the balance and truly think I need to think about a career change where I can get my mojo back and find some excitement. Does anyone have advice on what to look for next? I just feel like I’m stuck in a hard place. I want to work, but I’m just feeling a bit lost..
