6 weeks panicking

Ive marked this post sensitive so if you don’t want to look don’t click it. This is for women that’s experienced this. I had a quick sharp pain in my lower abdomen maybe 4 days ago now that came quick and didn’t last long, and this morning I’ve woke up to my panty liner with brown mucus/discharge on it. It’s got me worried that somethings wrong. I’m about 6 weeks today. Should I call my doctors so I can get a earlier appointment I don’t know what to do

Call your EPU and get an appointment with them. Hope you’re ok x

EPU lovely. Don’t wait any longer. I hope you’re ok

I haven’t had my docs appointment yet so don’t think I can call the EPU yet. Or can I ? Il wait till my doctors open and ring them to see what to do x

I had this for 6 weeks every single day I called the labour ward who transferred me to epu they got me a scan and did swabs ect definitely give them a call! x

Just ring and they will guide you. You might need a drs referral but I bypassed that before so EPU can guide you, they will be far more helpful Than GP

@Kirsty was everything fine for you ? Thanks for the help girls. I’m on the phone now x

for me personally it was just my normal, they couldn’t figure out the first bleed but after that it was just due to the placenta laying low and irritating the cervix x but with my first girl I had it at 9 weeks and it was late implantation bleeding x

Get an appointment. I had a miscarriage and it started out like this. However this could also be old blood so it’s always best to get it checked. Keeping my fingers crossed for you ❤️

Been trying to get through to the epu for over half an hour now. I’m trying a different line and I’m number 7 in the queue. Hopefully get some where with this one 😖

Got through to maternity they said if the blood turns red and I have any pain to ring back up. This sort of colour blood can be normal during early pregnancy

Yes you can! Call them, I am experiencing this. I called EPU had a scan last week so a healthy heart beat. Long as it doesn’t get any heavier and changes colour to red with clots

How’re you? X

@Holl still bleeding brown/pink blood on panty liner and when I wipe. No other symptoms though x
