@Helen where did you get a free eye test? I was told this doesn’t qualify you for a free eye test at boots and specsavers?

Want to add, your free dental and prescriptions goes up until nearly a year after babies due date! So mine is the 7th Aug 23 until the 13th April 2025!!

Emma's diary app gives you 3 maternity kits for free which you have to collect from Boots or Argos. 1 kit each is given at the end of 1st and 2nd trimesters and 3rd one is given after childbirth it seems. It has size 1 full size pampers diapers, wipes, few samples of creams, baby bodywash, some fairy detergent samples, a condom 😅 etc. Not sure if the items change from place to place or time to time.
@Ammu she already mentioned that in her post. Plus, you can collect all three kits at the same time. Don’t need to wait

If you join the Boots Parenting Club they give you free stuff as well. When I was pregnant I got a MAM bottle and dummy and free nipple pads
