Hi when i had my baby there I was only allowed one person

Yes, I had my baby last August and I had my mum and my boyfriend there the whole time x

I had my daughter in April this year at the conquest hastings.
I had 2 birthing partners, my main birthing partner (my husband) was allowed to stay with me 24/7 and had a wrist band that allowed him access as much. Then my best friend had a wrist band to say she was a birthing partner but was only allowed in during the birth and at visiting hours x

Thanks, is your partner allowed to stay over night on the ward? I had a c-section with my first 7 years ago and was on a ward with 4 other people... partner had to leave. Just wondering if this is still the same? Are you moved to the ward straight after a vaginal birth? Thanks

@Lottie yeah he stayed with me until we were discharged the next day, rest for a bit they offer you to shower of you feel with some food and drink and then move back to the ward x
