Nails & eyelashes c -section

Think it's a no for nails. I'll have my last set for my birthday (19th Oct ) and my c section is 26th nov so they'll be off then. I'm not sure about eyelashes as they can last for ages so can't imagine they wouldn't allow them.
I had nails! They didn’t say anything xx
I think they prefer without nails as it’s more difficult for readings but I ended up with an unplanned csection sooner than expected and had them on still and didn’t seem to make a difference xx
If you have ur nails done don't have them done long x
If they can't read oxygen from your fingers they use toes apparently x
i had to get the finger monitor in triage and had biab nails and was totally fine x
@Charlotte yeah we can put it on your toe but it's awkward x
I’ve been told it’s just like rules for when I’m working on the wards- no makeup no nails no jewlery etc
Definitely no to nail as they need to measure your pulse oxygen
