I am now 30 weeks on labetalol for high blood pressure since 27weeks and there has only been either a trace or 1+ protein they sent of my urine which came back with a normal protein creatine ratio, so i brought some dipsticks just for peace of mind and while the protein has remained at either trace or +, i had +++ of urobilinogen on a couple of the tests (normal now so i think was either not actually high and i read it wrong or was high because i was really dehydrated from being ill). regardless, i bought some urine test strips specifically for liver/kidneys because i didn’t want to bring it up to the midwives in case it was nothing which it looks like it was. When i took the tests it says pretty much everything is fine except creatine was high. Is this something to be concerned about? I don’t really want to mention it to the midwives unless it actually means something because i honestly feel a bit silly for buying the tests in the first place 😅

I would mention it cause, usually when they test urine they look for protein as it can be signs in our body that could potentially affect us or the baby x

I would definitely mention it. It's not just slightly high?

So difficult with high blood pressure. I'm too currently on labetalol and nafedaphine but it's not completely in control
