Also, just get a few different tog sleep bags or swaddles for the different temps
My baby was in the NICU and they said to keep the house between 68-72, so he may be too warm at 73-74. Also when he was too warm I would do just a swaddle with no onesie. I would use a blanket one rather than the one with a zipper so it wouldn't be uncomfortable against his skin.
