Belly binders
Any C-section moms using belly binders immediately after the surgery? Has it been helpful and has your doc suggested you to use it? I’ve heard mixed reviews about using compression to uterus and belly binders, want to check what your doctors have told you.

I tried too but was too tender and bruised and couldn't handle the squeezing... thankfully, my body has bounced back pretty well in 6 weeks, though! Can't hurt to try it and see if it works for you!!
I used one. First I used the one my hospital gave me then I used the one I purchased off of Amazon. It made walking around so much easier

Yes! I asked my doctor for one right after. Used one the 1st time and using one this time. It helps hold things in place. It also protects your incision as you doing things. Well it did for me.
