4 month regression been going on nearly a month please help.

Lo is waking every 30 mins to an hour and I really don’t know how much more of this I can take. Will only settle back to sleep with boob, keep trying other methods, sometimes my partner can get him down for a nap but still only half an hour and when he’s tired he fights having my partners rocking and tapping method and screams until boob.

I’m in the same position. Looking for advice/help as well. 🥹

Has it stopped for you now? Trying to figure out how long this may last for my baby

@Jen honestly no, not it hasn’t. It’s been going on about 7 weeks, occasionally he does a couple hours. Idk why it’s like this, at a few months he got in a good routine of about 6/7 hours then every hour after. I’m honestly just hoping it gets better every day. He has a really good routine for naps, a really good routine for bed time, I’ve even managed to teach him to go sleep for his first sleep on the night on his own in his bed with no fuss, but still every other wake he wants boob

@jen I came back to say two days in a row he had hour long naps in his cot, and at night hes done a couple few hour stretches! Maybe it is improving and there is hope!

@Anna thank you for getting back to me, it looks like you are doing everything that is suggested and well done for getting your baby to sleep on their own without the boob, I honestly don’t know how that’s possible 😂😂😂 but amazing that you had a good day/night last night. Well don’t for persisting you are doing so well it’s not easy!!!!

@Jen it’s still going ok! He’s doing a few hours at a time which isn’t amazing but so much better than before. There’s hope! I keep him up a longer stretch in the evening if I can that’s about it. I feed him until he can’t eat anymore lol, keep going it will come, I thought it wouldn’t for us I thought a bad habit was formed it was like 7 weeks of it waking up every 30 mins to an hour, occasionally getting two hours
