I am on cycle day 22. 7 days my period was supposed to start. This isn't the usual color for my period. Is this implantation bleeding?

That looks just like the 2-3 times I had it
@Ann marie not really. The only time I know when I'm ovulating is if I take a test and the ovulation test is positive or if I have clear fertile discharge. But other than that no.
