I follow Rachel Bruno on the Courtney black app all through my first pregnancy and post partum. They also had pre and post natal yoga on the app too which was good. Check out their instagram
Deffo recommend RWL, I followed it through my pregnancy and I’ve just finished the postpartum plan too. Pregnancy wise there is a folder for each trimester and they have strength workouts, cardio, yoga, Pilates, barre! So much choice. My link gets you a free 7 day trial or the first month for half price which is £9.99 🥰 https://rwl.fitness/invite?utm_aff=alders9285&Fname=Amara
Hi, it really depends what did you do before your pregnancy. Did you lift weights? Have you been running? What is safe for one person can be dangerous for other. But definitely you can do some bodyweight exercises like lunges, sumo squats, glute bridges etc If you want to lift weights you need to avoid “bracing” which is holding your breath in your stomach when performing exercise.
The book bumps and burpees is fab and outlines different exercises through each trimester
