Canker Sore
My toddler has a canker sore on her gums and he’s experiencing a lot of discomfort that’s preventing him from eating and waking him from sleep. Are there any homeopathic medicines I can give him to speed up the healing process? Right now I’m giving him ibuprofen for the pain and doing salt water rinses.

I know I use Orajel, but there’s probably some kind of numbing thing for kids. That’s a little bit more healthy.
