@Priscilla do you wake your baby from naps to keep them a certain amount of time?
@Priscilla how many oz do you feed your baby for him/her to be full for 3hours during the day? My soon to be 6 month old can’t stay without a feed for 3hours straight and i’m at 5 oz per feed ☺️
I let him go two hours max when he naps and adjust the schedule a little bit if that happens. Two hours is too nice to pass up! And it hasn’t affected his evening sleep. I BF so not sure about ounces except at night my husband does the final feed with a bottle- 8 ounces.
@Xena for formula or breastmilk or both? And thanks ☺️
Anyone read to their baby? Around what time of day is that and do you face them to you?
@Hifza I read before naps/bed usually set my son on my lap facing towards the book so he can see the pictures
I didn’t do a strict schedule with my second, just go by cues and thats worked really well for us this time, the only this im strict about is bed time, between 7-8
The Moms on Call schedule has been great for us! It’s a short and easy reading book that lays out schedules for up to 6 months. You can buy the second book for 6 months on. But essentially, right now for us at 5 months it’s a 1.5 hour wake window and a feed after every nap. Our guy loves routine/schedule and sleeps from 7:30-7 am. Would reccommend! Get the book, it’s worth it. I’ve made a few slight changes to meet our needs as a family but in short.. 7 AM wake and feed 8:30 Nap 10 AM feed 11:30 nap 1:00 PM feed 2:30 nap 4:00 feed 5:30 I do a short stroller nap 6:30 bath and lotion 7:00 final feed 7:35 bed
