Problems eating!

I am in the first trimester of my first ever pregnancy and the morning sickness is all day. All I can eat is cold food. The idea of hot food makes me gag. Any tips of how to eat when you feel sick all the time. Getting my protein in is so hard.

Honestly, first trimester is all about survival 😅 I went through it eating plain pasta and toast because that was all I could stomach, with occasional good days when I managed to eat something a bit more nutritious. I wouldn't worry too much about macros, all you can do is simply eat what you can and take your pregnancy supplements! You'll make up for lost nutrients once the sickness subsides.

I couldn't eat anything! And was constantly throwing up. Eat little and often and snack

Have u tried eating oatmeal? Toast with peanut butter? Just try to eat small bits all day long if you can.

I forgot what vitamin it was but there’s a vitamin that helps nausea

Just constant little snacking! I was similar I could only eat cold foods and nothing but Gatorade and water everything else made me sick! Best thing is to just go with it until it passes 🤞. Cold cooked chicken on some lettuce was my savior. Cucumber with a little salt helped keep nausea down too. That first portion is all survival so just snack what you can and take those vitamins 💙 (try putting bananas and avocados in the fridge overnight! Great in the morning!)
