Thank you, that’s really helpful and has made me feel much better ❤️
Don’t hesitate to contact your GP of HV if it does bother you. Hopefully they will tell you the same thing and that babies all develop at their own pace. It is hard not to compare.
My LG can roll but that’s about it 🤣 she has just started copying me clapping but her hands are closed shut! I don’t think there is anything the matter so not concerned :) think they all just do things in their own time!
The only one I would be worried about is rolling mention it to the doctor or health visitor xx
My LB is almost 9months (will be on the 8th) , he can just about sit up unassisted but not for long will just throw himself back - hes only started doing this in the last 2ish weeks, he has only started rolling over properly- he hated tummy time and only really started tolerating it and lifting his head around 7months, he has been a slow burner with weaning and again is only showing interest now but we are still in the lumpy puree stage, he also doesnt crawl, clap, point etc either! Hes happy and healthy and will do it in his own time is what i tell myself! Its so hard not to compare tho as i do it too❤️
My baby is 9 months tomorrow and still never rolled over but can say some words so I think they just do things differently ! X
When to be concerned but speak to your HV or GP: Food: 12-15 months Food before one is just for fun. Sitting : 12 months Crawl: I know babies that have never crawled. Roll over: This one I would flag now. Clapping etc: 16 months There is no issue raising your concerns now.
