If you have booked time off work for a doctor appointment on the HR system...
...how long are you actually allowed off? I have no idea how long our 1st appointment at the fertility clinic is going to take, we have to travel into London and back again and I'm getting anxious I'm going to have to explain myself when I've told told anyone at work.
What is my worry free window of time?

My appointment with my first took nearly 2 hrs, my first with my second was about 45 mins! So hard to tell! I just told my work I was pregnant at like 5 weeks … but then I’m in HR 😂
Every company is different, mine is 4 hours.
