Wet nappy nighttime dilemma

Hi everyone ☺️ So my 10 week old baby has mastered the sleeping through stage 🤞🏼🤞🏼 and is currently sleeping 11-6ish each night. What do you guys do in regards to nappies? Do you let them sleep through without changing the nappy or do you wake them up through the night to change them? I really don’t know what to do as she is sleeping through but has a really full wet nappy in the mornings and the last two mornings has been wet through.. I feel like I’m defeating the object of sleeping through if I get her up to change her through the night but then I obviously don’t want her to be wet waking up and in discomfort / get a nappy rash etc. What do I do?! Help 🤣

I’ve used pampers for night since birth really recommend no leaks all night

Firstly BRAVO!!! 👏 I would put as much barrier cream on and a good night nappy and leave her be!! Sleeping for you and her is chef kiss!! ride the wave and enjoy the zzz

I sized up at night when he started sleeping through. The nappy fit and gave him a little more room for those big wees when he wakes up. Never had an issue with leaking over night

Barrier cream and pampers for night time. We’ve never had any leaks during the night and she sleeps through x
