I bought a regular king size Hershey and checked my sugar before I had one or two squares of it
I had no chocolate pre say the whole time I had gd but I would have narins oat biscuits they have like 30% less sugar 2 of them with loads of Philadelphia cream cheese and worked for me and some chicken or something with it to pair it
The darker the better for lower spikes but 90% still spikes me so.... it's all about pairing. I can have a nature valley dark chocolate and peanut protein bar as a snack and stay within range. But chocolate on its own? Nope.
