Sadly from experience yes, I’ve got severe back pain and been having it since 10-12 weeks, I’ve got sciatica and pelvic girdle pain diagnosed by a physio therapist, apparently a lot of it clears up after birth but if you experienced it before pregnancy it may just not hurt as bad, try avoiding lying on your back and using a pillow between your legs and lying on your side! And exercises! You can find them on YouTube really easy :) also avoid sleeping on your back when possible so it’s safer for you and baby :) x
In my experience yes I have very bad lower back pain but also after 20 weeks it’s best to try not to lay on your back because it can put pressure on a major blood vessel which can cause issues and it puts weight on your spine and back muscles which can cause more pain
