Colostrum syringes

Do they come sterilised? What ones should I buy? There seems to be so many and not sure what is cheap rubbish and what’s actually sterilised and safe for using. Links would be helpful. Thanks!

I was given some by my community midwife. As far as I know nothing is sterile after 24 hours x

Hey darling! I asked my midwife during my appointment and she posted some NHS syringes with instruction leaflet. Might be worth speaking to your midwife to see if she could provide you with some as well xx

Have a chat with your midwife lovely, I saw mine on Tuesday and I was given loads of syringes and information leaflets x

No need to buy them. Your midwife should provide them and they already come sterilised.

I bought some sterile syringes off Amazon had no idea I could get them free 🤦🏼‍♀️ wish they’d tell you this sort of stuff

My midwife gave me tonnes, and when I ran out I just asked at the hospital when I was in for a scan and they gave me more. But I know some hospitals aren’t as generous so You can buy them off Amazon, and aslong as you order sterile ones they’ll come individually packaged x
