Its good! Both my boys have always been like this. My oldest started school this year and while he sometimes says hes a bit nervous, he walks straight in and gets on with his day. I'm so proud of how confident he is. He is very comfortable with himself and his peers. BUT he still needs me, I'm still his mum.
My son also! Made me happy to see him go in happy, helped me not to worry so much!
Its a great thing :) no worries for you. My lg has been 4 times now (once a week) and its getting better, she walks in fine with me but when i leave she doesn’t like it but within 2mins of me leaving shes happy playing and loving it. My friends little girl is exactly like yours, doesnt even say bye to her mum or acknowledge shes even going. I said to her its a bittersweet moment because you’re so happy they’re fine but also sad they don’t miss/want you. But its a hell of alot easier than having a crying toddler every time xx
I so wish my little boy was the same.. he’s just turned 2 in July and he has had about 5 settling in days (2 hours each time) at nursery and absolutely hates it :( genuinely thinking of bringing him out of nursery and trying him again when he’s a little older. He’s not ready for it at all and it breaks my heart every time I take him.. he’s so upset and worked up! But your daughter bless her.. you go kiddo! Xx
