LO grinding teeth at night?

My LO is grinding her teeth at night & im so so worried! I read online that it can be caused by stressed and anxiety but I really hope that’s not the case :( I am a very anxious person myself & do get stressed so quickly so I really hope that hasn’t affected her :( I’m a working single mum, and I’m just super stressed always, and it’s out of my control. My LO is 3… Any words of advice??
