Try to eat nutritionally and replenish your mineral and vitamin stores so your body is working its best! Try and drink only filtered water and eat organically if you can... like whole foods and sleeping well as sleeping will help you absorb the nutrients. Lastly get some sun so you make Vit D or supplement. They recommend the average adult to take 1000-2000iu of vit d a day. But breast feeding or early postpartum moms are recommended to take 5000iu a day. Then hopefully your libido comes back bc you'll be fertile again. Babies take a lot of nutrients from you and having them back to back makes takes a toll. I have a 2yo and 6mo
I had this issue with my first, it returned for me around 7 months. I'm not really sure if there is anything you can do other than wait for your hormones to balance out 😕
Maybe just start with date nights cuddles in the evening time for yourself and your partner I know it can be tough with children but sometimes you just need that hour in the evening with your partner to relax and possible it will come back soon
