I'd ring them and ask as I saw another post on here where universal credit found out someone was still in education despite not attending and they were questioning it
You can apply for Universal Credit, they will ask you to supply proof from the University of your student status. The amount that you receive will depend on your current circumstances i.e. housing situation etc. I was able to receive UC alongside maintenance loan as I was living in a rented property with my children at the time I attended University and therefore non-reliant on my own parents for financial support
Assuming you’re a single mum with no income - if you’re getting no loans etc then you’d get full entitlement to UC If you have a partner their wage would be taken into account :)
You qualify for universal credit if you're responsible for a child, even if you were a full-time student x
