Personally, I would not if you're planning to try for another that soon.. but I'm fairly anti-hormonal bc methods.. the skin absolutely could be hormones, it's a crazy amount of time before your body is totally worked out after a birth. ❤️
Little one is 4 months, I'm not on birth control and I don't plan to. Hormonal birth control never worked well for me and I've always ended up battling depression and anxiety. I'm EBF which is not a complete cover for but I also do basal temp readings alongside using Natural Cycles. I was using it pre baby and successfully avoided pregnancy for 2 years and then it only took a couple of months to get pregnant because I knew when I was ovulating thanks to a few years worth of data, plus I have a super regular cycle! I agree that not going on contraception would possibly be best with you wanting to try soon. And totally the breaking out could just be hormones cause they don't go back to normal completely for 2 years, I've been dealing with the same! If it's any help I use Skin+Me which will do a cream formulation to help and can be breastfeeding safe 😊 if you wanna give it a go I'll post my referral link for your first one for £3.50 👍 https://www.skinandme.com/?promocode=FRANW5CQN
Yes
Hell yea By 3rd or 4th month I got that coil put back in 😅
I’m on birth control, I restarted at 6 weeks. I’ve always been on it for other health reasons plus I like skipping my period. Mine came back at 6 weeks despite breastfeeding. For me, there are more benefits with being on it. Plus I know I’m not trying to have another baby yet.
