Weight loss help

Heyy mums, is anyone else really struggling with weight loss pp? I’m 4 months postpartum and have lost just over 10kg so far but feel like I’ve hit a slump and can’t get rid of the last couple of kg, with that being said I’m not helping myself as I often feel so stressed and overwhelmed that I console myself by eating junk food. How is everyone mananging to lose weight whilst adapting to life with a newborn. I’m struggling so much 😭x

I put on almost 4 stone. Long way off getting all that back off as I KEEP eating + i don’t have enough time for a decent work out.

I take these capsules that burn fat and turn it into energy due to the ingredients in them. They’re amazing for losing weight - no need for the gym or strict diet too which is great when you have a baby. Feel free to message me x

I’m literally not losing any and 6m pp :( so hard and need to start really working out but I just thought it would come off by itself a bit faster. I’m breastfeeding and I eat lots of rubbish too I can’t seem to help myself 🤣 I do want to sort it out though! Just a message to offer moral support! It’s the worst!!! Xx

As someone who's just been told I have diabetes (type 1) High protein, low fat foods like lean meats (chicken is the best) fish, eggs, beans, peas, and lentils also fibre, will keep u fuller for longer things like switching to wholegrain bread and whole wheat pasta, potatoes are all lower in carbs and will also help regulate ur sugar levels too. U need carbs for a balanced diet. I've been doing this for a week and lost 5lbs already, and I haven't done any exercise apart from the usual walking I already do, calorie deficit works best. Try the my fitness pal app to track it, u can eat what u want (within reason) aslong as u stay with in your daily calories, you'll lose weight, good luck

Stress can play a big factor in weightloss and will work against you reaching your goal. I'm a pre/postpartum fitness instructor and have learnt this from clients. Once they included some form of holistic therapy to calm them down, that really helped. Hope that helps x
